Bugatti Residences Are Coming to Miami’s Brickell Waterfront
Bugatti's first US branded residential project will rise on a riverfront Brickell parcel, with sales launching in 2027.
Bugatti is bringing its name to Miami real estate. The Molsheim marque has announced Bugatti Residences Miami, its first branded residential development in the United States, to be built on one of the last remaining waterfront parcels in Brickell. The site sits on the Miami River with direct access toward Biscayne Bay, close to the financial district and the city's dining and cultural scene.
The project brings together developers Prosper Group and Belgium's Versluys Group, with architecture by Brandon Haw Architecture and interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, all working under Bugatti's overall creative direction. Rhodium has been appointed exclusive residential operating partner, promising butler-level service and a high degree of personalisation.
Details are still sparse. Bugatti has not yet revealed the number of residences, the height of the tower, prices or specific amenities, and the offering is scheduled to open to buyers in 2027. It follows the brand's first residential tower, Bugatti Residences by Binghatti in Dubai.
For South Florida's collector community the news is a vote of confidence in Miami as a natural home for hypercar culture. Local owners will be watching closely for whether the design brings Bugatti's automotive character into daily living.
